Before submission is enabled, all persons wishing to attend the conference are kindly requested to register online through the conference website or click the symbol below, and then follow the instruction in the website.

Please pay attention to the following dates:

  • Full paper submission deadline: 30 September 2019 Now extended until 18 October 2019

  • Notification of acceptance: 15 October 2019 Now extended until 23 October 2019

Registration Fee

It is advised that you register earlier, in order to receive an early registration discount.

It is  also required that at least one author from every paper must register no later than 28 October 2019.

Payment Entitlements

  • Cancellations are not allowed, and a return of payment is not possible.

  • Transfer fee and bank charges should be paid by the participants.

  • Registration fee includes one-nght hotel stay, seminar kit, lunch, certificate, and publication.

  • Hotel stay is not inclusive for participants without paper.

  • Presenters who do not pay in full by 30 October 2019 will not be included in the schedule and their abstract will not be printed in the book program (except prior notification).

Paper Format and Template

All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind reviewing process, by at least one reviewer; and a plagiarism check by Turnitin.

Format of the paper should follow the following format:

1. Paper should be written in English, and follows British spelling system, using the -ize variants (organize, realize, honour, colour, centre but analyse).

2. Title of the paper should be concise, informative, and no more than 20 words.

3. Name(s) of the author are not allowed to be written in the paper.

4. Paper is written in Times New Roman, 12 points, and 1.5 space in MS Word 2003 or higher.

5.  All submissions should be accompanied by an abstract (max. 250 words, 12 points, 1.5 space, and italicized) and 5 keywords (maximal).

7. Length of the paper is max. 4000 words, including abstracts, tables, footnotes and references.
